Love this book. I'm not new to macros but it was a wonderful refresher and would be great for someone looking for more info in general. The recipes speak to me because they are simple, quick and accessible. Nothing complicated here!

This book has a ton of info that helps you understand what and how much nutrients you need on a daily basis. By following the plan in this book I am full of energy and satiated all day. I lost 5lbs the first week and haven’t lost anything since, but my size is shrinking and I feel better in general.

This was a great starter book for understanding Macros and definitely sparked my interest in learning more.

Book has tons of delicious macro friendly recipes (meaning not crazy on carbs or fat). If anybody wants to learn about macros (carbs, fat, protein) and their role in the body, they should read this book.

Was expecting more info on macro nutrition not meal planning.

Easy to understand. Does not demonize any particular food and makes it easy to understand how to calculate your macros. Fast read. A lot of recipes.

Wished it had photos! Other then that I've skimmed through and everything looks delicious!
