Thank the weight loss Gods! Finally, a simple weight loss book that is not stuffed with incomprehensible words made to supposedly impress us. Love how the author offers us a flexible way to lose weight but focuses mainly on how to get healthy. I never thought that I could love intermittent fasting. I feel so much better after a day or 2 of IT. I intend on implementing more and more of what is suggested in this weight loss guide as I feel this is really something feasible. Like the book says, I will change my habits of life.

I found this book to be an easy read and straight to the point. We must change our habits to be successful in any thing, especially living a healthy life to lose weight and maintain weight loss. This books offers many suggestions on how to do this, even if you have unsuccessful days or meals. It is a life style change which results in good habits. Eliminating processed food and eating the foods that are naturally good for you are must habit. Exercise is a must for your body as well as your mind. Personally, I eat a Plant Based Diet, but, at one time I was eating a lot of processed foods. When I eliminated processed foods from my diet. I naturally loss weigh and easily maintain my weigh loss. Eating the right foods helps me to know when I am hungry and to stop overeating. Which in my case I no longer have count calories. However, I know some people do have to count calories to stay focus and depending on the type of food they eat. With that said I would recommend this book.

I have observed and gleaned numerous articles, testimonials and books on diets, etc. for many years. This book summarizes the key elements minus the usual quagmire of scientific proof documentation. Instead, the well aimed content concisely and succinctly outlines a sound life strategy for healthy living. It provides a route to reaching your ideal body weight that God intended for you. The holistic approach is always the solution. And once again, the author proves it. And her proof is in simple, easy to read layman’s terms. Kudos and well done. If you eat, you need to read this one.

I`m sure that it must be a handbook for everyone who dissatisfied with his weight. It's not about diets, it's about the way of life. The main message that I've found from this book that your key to success is good food habits. If you want to lose your weight, you should change all your habits and preferences. If I read this book earlier I would solve my body troubles effectively.
